Dr. Adesina Opeyemi Olufeyisola is a distinguished educator at Babcock University, Ogun State, Nigeria, and a visiting adjunct professor at several blood institutions. With over 20 years of laboratory experience, she is a renowned Haematologist and Blood Transfusion Scientist. Dr. Adesina holds an MSc and PhD in Haematology/Blood Transfusion Science from Igbinedion University and the University of Benin, respectively. She has a postgraduate diploma in Education, a diploma in Microbiology, and a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington. Certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology, she is also a certified Management Consultant and mental health advocate. Dr. Adesina has presented scientific papers at numerous conferences and has published extensively in reputable journals. Her research interests include anaemia, experimental haemopoiesis, maternal and child health, blood safety, and intervention science. She is actively involved in various community projects and serves on several technical committees, including the Lagos State Blood Transfusion Services.
